 The creative force behind our unique food is our Executive Chef Jesús Lumbreras-Calvo, a native of Madrid and graduate of the prestigious Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Our Chef creates handmade delicacies using only the freshest ingredients, fresh herbs and spices, and no lard or preservatives, while creating gorgeous displays sure to wow your guests.

Also, because we're a smaller organization, we provide the type of highly personalized service you won't find in larger caterers, who are often too busy to give you the attention you deserve. 

We customize menus and packages so that each event is unique to the client and spend as much time as needed to ensure that your event is fabulous while staying within your budget.

A Message from

the Executive Chef

Working in the hospitality business in Spain, my home country, and in the U.S., I saw how I could do things better--by using fresh food instead of ordering from big suppliers, by making things in small batches because you always lose flavor when you make food in big batches, and by treating each event as if I were hosting it.

We put ourselves in the place of the client--what would we want? Food that tastes wonderful and fresh and is also beautifully and imaginatively presented because it takes only a little longer to do so, food from all over the world instead of the same old...We begin by really listening to our clients, then design a custom menu at no extra charge.  We then make sure everything is taken care of perfectly.
