The creative force behind our amazing sustainable food is Executive Chef and Owner, Jesús Lumbreras-Calvo, a Madrid native and 1999 graduate of the prestigious Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Chef Jesús brings a wealth of culinary experience to your event, including positions at such esteemed venues as The Stanhope, the Arizona Biltmore, The Four Seasons Houston, Central Market, and the Alden, and in 2010 was named by Houston Press blog as one of Houston's best chefs.

A Message from
the Executive Chef
and Owner

Working in the food business in Spain, my home country, and in the U.S., I saw how I could do things better--by using fresh local food instead of ordering from big suppliers, by making things in small batches because you always lose flavor when you make food in big batches, and by treating each event as if I were hosting it.
We put ourselves in the place of the client--what would we want? Food that tastes wonderful and fresh and is also beautifully presented, food from all over the world instead of the same old...
We begin by really listening to our clients, then create a menu and event to fulfill their vision and make sure everything is taken care of perfectly.
